Batch 95 Second Meeting

The following was discussed:
· Theme: Black and White Event (casual/semi-casual/anything black,white or both)
· Committee Heads and Responsibilities: Decorations and Stage Art ( Razel /Leah Ramoso)
· Games: Jasmin
· Registration : Julienne and the Committee headed by Tulip Flores
· Music/sound technicalities/ -Aphex band (louienyl) “we are still open for band referrals”
· SUGGESTIONS also came up: Sunstar Ad about our reunion can greatly help out in informing those who aren’t internet savy. (inquiry will be done Monday)
· Slide shows during our highschool years (pictures c/o teresa and et.al,) will be presented.
· Teachers are considered to be invited but we later on decided that we will just have their video taken and their messages. (Since there are only a few of them still teaching)

We also have decided and volunteered just to formalize our commitment in making this event work, we have assigned, designated, elected and chose among ourselves, officers that will supervise and follow-up a particular task. This is just to confirm the “fact” that Waterfront is already booked (May 10,08) and it is for us to see each other again and hopefully appreciate and support what our Alma Mater has made of us.

BY the way.

Quotation. i have already check the prize for the "balloon drop" (finale of the event) its 2,000-2,500 for 100 balloons.

the stage decoration will be handled by Leah Odi-Ramoso and Jinky Santizo called me and gave me assurance that she wants to help.

Sands,for the program proper..is SOL delantar still the Host? if she still is , its better if she makes the program proper. Because if I still have to make it, Sol might have better ideas than me bec thats her forte since highschool also its a good way to save time.

by the way..i will be calling for "huddles" from the officers just to see if there is progress with the tasks i gave them.

There sre people interested to aatend but the cant always update their friendster account so i asked the secretary to find a way to get names, home line numbers,addresses and cell numbers to keep them updated.
